New e-commerce website

NSA have completed their work on a new e-commerce website and the website is now up and running. The work was a joint venture with NSA team working with associates in the north of France.

The new website owner had been selling fashion clothing for women using eBay, but realized she would have more scope for selling her merchandise with her own purpose built website. That's when she contacted our associates.

So, combining the skills of both NSA and the northern team, a draft website was compiled for the owner to review. After a few minor changes, the website was completed and the owner now has her custom built website. She is in control of the website by an administration panel that allows her to maintain the stock, adding new items and deleting material as it is sold.

The site is now realising the owner's dreams - having her own 'shop' with a fully working e-commerce website. Visit www.manyshop.fr to view.

French update, not a make-over

When designing and creating websites for clients the work is strictly scheduled. The most important goal is to complete the work on time, in budget and to the complete satisfaction of the client. This means sharing different parts of the work amongst the team, and keeping a keen eye on the clock to ensure we meet the set deadline whilst at the same time ensuring creativity and technical work is 100%.

Concentrating on clients' websites has meant that work on one of our own websites had to be juggled in between. However, the new updated Newton-Smith Associates French website is now complete and uploaded. The previous version of the website was over three years old - well past it's shelf life and in real need of a good make-over. So, we're very happy to have completed the work and to have a new version in place. The site is already attracting favourable comments from the many new visitors, which of course is good news for the team.

The website itself is completley new, from top down, not really a make-over. All the services offered to French clients are now well explained and the site contains a great deal of Flash animation to help illustrate the explanations.

You can check out the new site and even if your French language isn't quite so good, you should be able to gain something from the new website. Take a look... www.newton-smith.fr

Complimentary publications for French IT company

Providing new website design brought enquiry for publicity material
An approach to work on a joint project with an IT company in the north of France brought unexpected results. Initially we were asked to provide a visually exciting design to update an existing e-commerce website. The IT company, Intuidis SARL, would be responsible for the back-office PHP coding; our role was to create the overall design of the site. This project has just started with a completion date fixed for end of August.

Meanwhile, as NSA Website Design is part of a larger publishing company, (Newton-Smith Associates Ltd), Intuidis were interested in new publicity material for their business. The initial order was for pocket folders to hold separate information and fact sheets that could be distributed to customers and potential clients in their area – Nantes, Brittany. Our studios created a draft for Intuidis to review, and highly delighted with the product, the company went one step further and asked for a matching brochure. The brochure was to retain the style of the folder and the contents were to highlight the company’s products and services.

The brochure was completed and, together with the pocket folder, templates were sent via e-mail to a printer close to the company. Both have now been printed, Intuidis are highly delighted, and the material is now being distributed in the area. You can send an e-mail to Intuidis and they will be happy to send you copies of the brochure and pocket folder.

So, even if you are reading this page in search of a company to provide you with a high impact website, our company may also be able to provide you with other related publishing services.

Publicity material for PVC company

Company contracts website plus hard-copy publicity material
Another company making full use of the various services offered by NSA is O’Cintrage-PVC, a company specialising in the manufacture of curved and rounded PVC windows. Located in Béziers in the south of France, the company initially contracted NSA Website Design to create and maintain their website (www.ocintrage-pvc.com). This has been highly successful for the company, attracting new business for their product.

To further enhance their publicity they requested the NSA subsidiary (www.nsa-companynewsletters.co.uk) to provide them with customer leaflets and client A4 folders - to hold the many product specification sheets they have (also produced as PDF files by NSA).

The A4 folders created by NSA were published and then despatched to a Béziers printer known for the quality of their work. The client specified full colour but required a special matte finish encapsulation – hence the use of a specialised printing company.

The leaflets, brochures and A4 folders have just been completed on time and to the client’s full specification.

You too can have your website created and published AND get the full resources of Newton-Smith Associates Ltd (NSA) at the same time.

Making use of all the company services

Being part of Newton-Smith Associates helps clients to market their products and services effectively

NSA Website Design is part of Newton-Smith Associates Ltd. As such, clients who have websites designed by NSA also have full access to the range of services offered by the parent company. This includes help with company branding, marketing, training and publishing services.

The range of services has certainly helped a new client, CF BakeTec, (www.baketec.com) to grow their business. CF BakeTec is the European market leader in specialist vision and control technology for the baked product industry. They have extensive experience in providing technically advanced, robust and functional vision and process control systems for industrial baking environments. With a proven performance record, in many applications BakeTec equipment is seen and specified as the ‘industry standard’.

Following the creation and launch of their new website, CF BakeTec approached the company with a further request for new sales material for potential customers of their products. Several of the sales and Technical leaflets have now been published and are being used as the company extends its business.

The ability to offer a full range of marketing material, from websites to printed brochures, is a real bonus for NSA clients.
